A variety of drop-in fitness classes will be offered virtually through the FWC Microsoft Teams site during fall 2020. Classes run Monday, October 5-Thursday, November 19. A.M. Interval Training
Wednesday, 7-7:30 a.m.
A 30-minute class that takes you through a series of cardio, strength, power and balance intervals with brief rest in between stations. No equipment required, but options will be given to incorporate dumbbells and resistance bands.
Express Barre Fitness
Tuesday, 10-10:30 a.m., (starts 10/12)
Thursday, 4-4:30 p.m., (starts 10/8)
Join us for a low-impact Barre class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels! No equipment required.
Tuesday, 4-4:30 p.m.
30 minute drop-in strength training class incorporating a variety of upper and lower body exercises . Workouts designed for all fitness levels. This class will incorporate exercises that use bodyweight and dumbbells or resistance bands.

WERQ(pronounced “work”) is a fiercely fun dance fitness workout based on current pop and hip-hop music. Expect to sweat and have fun! All dance and fitness abilities are welcome!
