Fitness Classes

Important Notice

Summer class offerings begin Monday, June 22. Please see dates listed below regarding Yoga.

Faculty/staff fitness classes are open to all fitness levels. All fitness classes are offered in-person at the Fitness & Wellness Center.  No registration is required. All classes are drop-in.

Barre

Wednesdays, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
Dance Studio 209

Join us for a 50-minute low-impact Barre class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels! Instructor, Valarie

Interval Training

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:15-12:45 p.m.
Fitness Floor

A 30-minute class that takes you through a series of cardio, strength, power and balance intervals with brief rest in between stations.  Open to all fitness levels. Instructor, Olivia

Pilates

Mondays, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
Dance Studio 209

A 50-minute mat Pilates class focusing on the fundamentals of core body strength, posture and stabilization as it applies to movement.  Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Instructor, Valarie

Yoga

Tuesdays (Valarie room 209) & Wednesdays (Jessica room 143), 12:05-12:55 p.m.

  • Valarie will be teaching Yoga on Tuesdays in room 209 starting June 23.
  • Yoga with Jessica will be offered through June 16. She will not be teaching the remainder of June. Yoga with Jessica will be offered on July 15, 22, & 29. August schedule is TBD.
