Fitness Classes

Important Notice

Fall term fitness classes begin Monday, September 12 & Monday, September 19. Please see schedule below. Additional class offerings will be added at a later date.

Faculty/staff fitness classes are open to all fitness levels. All fitness classes are offered in-person at the Fitness & Wellness Center. 

A.M. Strength Express

30 minute drop-in strength training class using a variety of equipment. Workouts designed for all fitness levels.  Open to faculty, staff and students.

Barre

To be offered at a later date when a new instructor is secured.

Join us for a low-impact Barre class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels! Instructor, TBD

Interval Training

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:15-12:45 p.m.
Fitness Floor

A 30-minute class that takes you through a series of cardio, strength, power and balance intervals with brief rest in between stations.  Open to all fitness levels. Instructor, Olivia

Rapid Ride

To be offered at a later date when a new instructor is secured.

Get your heart rate up and your sweat on in this 30 minute express cycling class. This calorie burning ride challenges all fitness levels. Instructor, TBD

TRX(TM) Fit Class

30-minute suspension training class designed to improve muscular endurance and cardio capacity in a fun and challenging workout. Class capacity is 8. Open to all faculty, staff and students.

Yoga

Mondays & Thursdays beginning September 19
Multi-purpose room 143

Increase strength, balance and flexibility while reducing stress and relaxing the mind with various poses of movement.  Perfect for all fitness levels. Instructor, Jessica
