Due to COVID-19, Faculty/Staff fitness classes for winter 2021 are being offered virtually through Microsoft Teams. Contact Jen Bailey at, Fitness & Wellness Director, for access information.

Fitness classes accommodate all fitness levels. For times and locations, check the calendar of events page, or the Hornet Hive calendar. All fitness classes are offered at the Fitness & Wellness Center. 

A.M. Strength Express

30 minute drop-in strength training class using a variety of equipment. Workouts designed for all fitness levels.  Open to faculty, staff and students. Instructor, Jen


Monday & Wednesdays, 12-12:45 p.m.

Join us for a low-impact Barre class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels! Instructors, Jen & Mary-Katherine

Interval Training

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12-12:30 p.m.

A 30-minute class that takes you through a series of cardio, strength, power and balance intervals with brief rest in between stations.  Open to all fitness levels. Instructor, Jen

Rapid Ride

Get your heart rate up and your sweat on in this 30 minute express cycling class. This calorie burning ride challenges all fitness levels. Instructor, Mary-Katherine

Step Aerobics

Join us for a 30-minute beginner step aerobics class! Instructor, Jen

TRX(TM) Fit Class

30-minute suspension training class designed to improve muscular endurance and cardio capacity in a fun and challenging workout. Class capacity is 8. Open to all faculty, staff and students. Instructor, Jen


Mondays & Wednesdays, 12-1 p.m.
