Winter term fitness classes run January 8 through March 15. Please see schedule below.

Faculty/staff fitness classes are open to all fitness levels. All fitness classes are offered in-person at the Fitness & Wellness Center. 

Barre

Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
Dance Studio 209

Join us for a 50-minute low-impact Barre class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels! Instructor, Valarie

Interval Training

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:15-12:45 p.m.
Fitness Floor

A 30-minute class that takes you through a series of cardio, strength, power and balance intervals with brief rest in between stations.  Open to all fitness levels. Instructor, Olivia

Pilates

Fridays, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
Dance Studio 209

A 50-minute mat Pilates class focusing on the fundamentals of core body strength, posture and stabilization as it applies to movement.  Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Instructor, Valarie

Strength Express

Will not be offered during the winter.

40-minute group fitness strength class designed to improve muscular strength and endurance in a fun and challenging workout. Class will use body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, body bars and resistance bands. Open to all fitness levels. Instructor, Jen

Yoga

Fridays, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
Multi-purpose room 143

Increase strength, balance and flexibility while reducing stress and relaxing the mind with various poses of movement.  Perfect for all fitness levels. Instructor, Jessica
